Invisible Illness Awareness Week 2015 is September 28 - October 4
We are launching the In Sickness + In Health blog ahead of Invisible Illness Awareness Week 2015. We will be participating in #iiwk15 here on the blog and on social media throughout September in the run up to the official awareness week.
Everyone who lived with a chronic illness could use some validation that the feelings they had were normal. The advice they were given to just get out of the house more or stop thinking about the pain was typical.
Thanks to Lisa's efforts over the last 13 years, Invisible Illness Awareness Week has grown and helped to raise awareness about the challenges of living with an Invisible Chronic Illness.
Stayed tuned for more links and resources about Invisible Illness Awareness Week, as we celebrate across the internet!
